I tried getting my car in to have the transmission looked at in July, was told it was outside of warranty, there was nothing they could do, and their transmission department was booked out for months. I ended up getting a new transmission (at just over 70,000 miles) and 2 weeks later received a service bulletin letter on the torque converter. I recently purchased a Lincoln Nautilus, so far the car has performed to expectations - which are very high. The staff at Inver Grove Lincoln are great. Highly recommended.
Today, I had the misfortune to deal with a very young angry man named Ben who was so condescending and disrespectful. WOW! He told me that if I was unhappy with Inver Grove I should go some place else. My car issues were not resolved and I'm sure his temper tantrum isn't either
