I called Inver Grove Fordto check on prices for an oil change. I was quoted ***** When I took my car there they tol me it was *****. I said that is a rip off, but to go ahead and change the oil and it would be my last time there. I asked them to wash my car also and they said no. I said that was bull and then the manager came and got me and told me they refused to change my oil. What kind of customer service is that? We have a very high customer satisfaction score with **** as well as a ****** rating of 4.6. There are no **** dealers in the ********************** higher. We are aware of your social media post. We service over 100 vehicles a day and overall, our customers are more than satisfied with the service we provide.
I'm writing just about Eric one of the managers of service. I found it very difficult to read that he may have acted in a abrupt or aggressive behavior. I have had quite a few issues with my vehicle (I will rate that at a later date)and didn't always come in with the best of attitude. I always have delt and still do with Eric he's polite and has a calm demeanor. He is the only reason I stayed calm! So on the bad review maybe he had a bad day we all have them!
