Unsafe and extremely low quality products, they don’t work as promised, poor customer service, they don’t care
Solowheel Iota, their crowd sourced invention they collected funds on FIVE YEARS AGO...I was backer #33. They actually shipped out UNTESTED first gen prototypes that weren't even properly tested and dysfunctional. I kept all the emails, Shane Chen. Then they never sent the real product, promised refunds, and now won't return calls or emails.
Great products. I love my Solowheel. We just bought the Hoverwheels for my son, he is having a blast.
