I’ve had a really positive experience here. From my first visit, the owner took time to understand my goals and was incredibly thorough throughout the process — nothing felt rushed. She’s clearly knowledgeable and genuinely caring, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a med spa that actually listens to you.
I booked an appointment and received no advance prep information about clothing for HBOT. My phone call and email was never returned before the appointment. I went to the appointment and the door was locked and again no one answered the phone (it is an AI bot). I did finally get a reply to my email saying I was locked out and waiting for my appointment that said the schedule wasn’t supposed to be open that day and if I wanted to come back another time they would give me $15 off the $150 appointment.
