Did contrast therapy for 2 with a friend and it was a great experience. The spa was easy to find with ample parking. Staff was welcoming, knowledge and friendly. Check-in was quick and painless. Vibe and atmosphere is flawless! We really like that the room was heated so that there wasn't such a temperature contrast from leaving the sauna to getting in the cold plunge.
