I booked an appointment and received no advance prep information about clothing for HBOT. My phone call and email was never returned before the appointment. I went to the appointment and the door was locked and again no one answered the phone (it is an AI bot). I did finally get a reply to my email saying I was locked out and waiting for my appointment that said the schedule wasn’t supposed to be open that day and if I wanted to come back another time they would give me $15 off the $150 appointment. It’s nice inside and I can’t speak to most of the services provided, but I would avoid going there for injections. I went for jeuveau injections and Shawnta injected incorrectly, which caused eyelid ptosis where my left eye was completely closed for almost 3 weeks. I am 3 months post injection and my eyes are still not symmetrical. It was honestly awful for weeks and affected my work and personal life a lot.
