I was a patient of Dr Quack for months. I ended up leaving him and found another Dr. who cares for the people he cares for. Santiago is worthless!!!!
If I can give this whack doctor no star, I would! I have been in pain since 2010 from RA , osteo and fibro. This is the first time I have gone to pain management. This doctor didnt even examine me. He asked what medications I have been on in the past. He gives me the same medication I had been on in the past. When I tried calling them, in two days and 7 voicemails later, the insurance company got thru to them. They said stay on this med for a montha nd see me in a month. Very caring staff and appointment on time. Dr Santiago was very good explaining MRI and treatment for my back issues. I was hesitant to come to a pain clinic due to fear of opioids but he explained all that can be done without them. I appreciate the education in that sense.
I have been seeing Dr . Santiago for 2 years now. Not only is he a brilliant doctor he is also a good listener and a compassionate person. he knows exactly how to treat your pain. and I don't mean Pills. I highly recommend him to anyone. I have only 3 discs left in my back , I'm bone to bone , I walk normal now thanks to Dr,. Santiago in house epidurals. THANK YOU
