I used this business to have a home inspection done on a home I was considering purchasing. Upon making the appointment, I asked John does he check for rodents in his home inspection. He assured me that he did. When he arrived at the home, he then told me that he leaves this up to the Exterminator's, etc to look into. I then had to pay another company $35 to have this seperate inspection, which shouldve been included in the home inspection. The inspector, John Kerney, was not thorough in his report.
