I purchased an Invacare Perfecto from a company and 10 months later the concentrator quit working. I contacted the company I purchased it from and Invacare was notified that the unit was not working and asked them to honor their guarantee. No, they first argued their was no such serial number that we gave them. Well, we sent a picture of the concentrator clearly showing the number.
