Just had an awesome experience here with Andrew. It’s 4:40pm as I write this. At 4:35pm I pulled into their parking lot actually looking for the wrong business and walked into their back office instead of their office, both because I was in a rush and scatter brained. Had a great experience with this shop. Andrew, the manager, was straightforward and honest. After checking the brake fluid on my Mini Cooper, he told me it didn’t need to be changed—something the dealership never mentioned. They also gave me a nice first-time customer deal. I’ll definitely be bringing my car here from now on.
Andres and his brother were awesome to work with. They completely took care of my BMW — honest, upfront, and very knowledgeable. Pricing was fair with no surprises, and the communication was excellent throughout the process. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, especially for a BMW, and InTune Motors absolutely delivers. Highly recommend them and I’ll definitely be back.
