The best place in Redmond, Oregon for car stereos and audio. The shop is fully equipped, and their gear is top-notch. I had taken my car to another place before, and they messed it up — but Intune fixed everything they did wrong. I'm truly grateful for their work. The gentleman who helped me was super kind. Even though I was always late to my appointments (I just can't wake up early 😅), he always treated me with patience and professionalism. Huge thanks to the whole Intune team. Highly recommended!
I've been an Intune customer for about a dozen years and 5 or 6 vehicles and George and the staff had always done me right on products, service and sound!!! I've had Auto starts installed, decks, full systems as well as a backup camera for my mother and never have I been unsatisfied. My most recent service was a hassle on my end cause I needed to get my truck dropped off to have it wired for subs, get to the airport to go out of town for a few days and pick up truck when I got back. Very rude and disrespectful, said he would diagnose my vehicle and call me to tell me what was wrong with it to get it fixed that day and didn't do that at all then wanted to make a apt for a different day when he told me it would be done the same day and it didn't happen and he was more worried he wouldn't get paid I would totally go somewhere else for service
