I bought a Kenwood stereo with backup camera from inTune several years ago. I have really enjoyed it. Today it wouldn't shutoff when the car was turned off. I called and talked to Anthony. He had me stop by and he did a hard-reset and got it working again. He even showed me a few features on the stereo that I was not aware of. The best place in Redmond, Oregon for car stereos and audio. The shop is fully equipped, and their gear is top-notch. I had taken my car to another place before, and they messed it up — but Intune fixed everything they did wrong. I'm truly grateful for their work. The gentleman who helped me was super kind. Even though I was always late to my appointments (I just can't wake up early 😅), he always treated me with patience and professionalism. Huge thanks to the whole Intune team. Highly recommended!
I've been an Intune customer for about a dozen years and 5 or 6 vehicles and George and the staff had always done me right on products, service and sound!!! I've had Auto starts installed, decks, full systems as well as a backup camera for my mother and never have I been unsatisfied. My most recent service was a hassle on my end cause I needed to get my truck dropped off to have it wired for subs, get to the airport to go out of town for a few days and pick up truck when I got back.
