Great appointment, makes me feel heard and listens to what my goals and issues are. Makes me feel not crazy for how im feeling and offers different perspectives on what might help. Doesnt just throw pills at the problem. She wants to actually find the issues and resolve them.

I have managed anxiety linked to to autoimmune flareups for roughly 10 years on and off. Lydia is patient first and has an investigative mindset to get to the root causes of any illness. I feel truly blessed and validated to have worked with her over the last year to get to the root causes of my autoimmune flareups that in turn is created anxiety as a symptom. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking answers and long term solutions.

Amazing Experience! My psychiatrist is absolutely amazing — she actually listens to me and makes me feel truly heard and understood. It’s such a relief to talk to someone who cares and takes the time to understand what I’m going through. Every session feels supportive, comfortable, and genuine. I always leave feeling better than when I came !

Lydia provides sublime clinical care and is consistently going out of her way to make sure the patient feels heard and understood! If you are in the New Braunfels, TX area she has a cozy office set-up available for in-person visits, I highly recommend!

I will reinforce the other 1 star review. Pros: Intelligent, good listerner Cons: She pays for a receptionist call center. She should ask for a refund. They are horrible. Three sessions in, pouring out my deepest and darkest secrets, she says "I don't do counseling, I just prescribe medication. " Well, apparently, she doesn't do that either. Prescriptions are never ordered or refilled. I have to call every time. No communication. What do u actually do behind that desk?
