I came to Maureen with excessive fatigue among other things despite all my lab work at the doctors being fine. I had tried so many supplements and things in the past, I was very hesitant to try and pay for this program. However, months later, I’m so glad I did. I’ve felt so much more energy and focus. I don’t want to take naps every day. I just feel Much better over all. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I've struggled with IBS-D and digestive problems for over 28 years and in that time maybe had 2-3 "good" days per year. Maureen helped me tremendously with long-standing gut, sleep, and hormonal issues. Her approach is well-rounded and she listens thoughtfully and asks more questions than other practitioners (including naturopaths) I've worked with in the past. My sleep has significantly improved and my gut feels healthier than it has felt in years.
