The staff is horrible. I have no problem paying my co-pay and if I miss an appointment, I am more than reasonable about paying. I missed an appointment for a second time due to my daughter and I having COVID. The first time I was also unwell earlier this year. I did not ask or beg them not to charge me for the missed visit, they simple didn't. This second time before I could even ask to reschedule, a $75 payment was demanded.
