I would give them minus reviews if I could. I've been waiting over 2 MONTHS for my prescription! They never answer the phone and when I go into town ( I live outside the city limits) you can't get waited on! They were happy to take my money AND write down everything wrong on my script in the first place but you NEVER get your prescription. This place is managed horribly and a rip off in every way. It's a scam. They should be reported to the insurance companies.
I would give less than one star if I could! Waited over 2 months for one pair of glasses and pushing 4 months for the second. Don't waste your time, money or effort at this store, just get your script and drive to Cruces or El Paso and get them. Update. After the last review posted they called me back on 2-6 and said the glasses would be here in 1 week and swore on it. Please don't shop here. I could have walked to el Paso and back with my new glasses. Tell you 3 to 4 weeks. Has been almost 8. Cannot even answer their own phone or dont want to hear another complaint. Just a warning to All
Filed complaint with attorney general of New Mexico. I’ve never experienced such rude unprofessional people and I ordered glasses in beginning of December 2022 it’s almost end of February still no glasses. What a hassle and apparently they have been used screwing people over for years
A 1 rating is being generous. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! still waiting for glasses after 2+ months. Rude and inconsiderate . Understaffed. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
