First visit with Dr. Janna. Very good one hour tele visit with her. I was looking for a second opinion concerning shoulder surgery & I got it. Trust was established very easily, important to me for sure. Looking forward to hopefully seeking her expertise in the future. Audio, for me, was poor on the tele visit, but that might have been on my end. Maybe something to look into. Thanks for your honest help. Professional for sure & great attitude!
