No difference before and after the massage bad experience ☹️
Ian was so great! He listened to where I described the pain and gave an incredible 90 min massage. He really takes his time and even incorporated some stretching for me.
I absolutely recommend Ian as a massage therapist. He has what I call "listening hands" to assess areas of tension. I've been going regularly for the last few months to manage overall stress and problem areas (especially old appendectomy scar tissue and shoulder pain/range of motion). He uses myofascial release techniques that can be very gentle but effective. He's also friendly and easy to talk to. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. It’s so hard to find a massage therapist that works with a body that has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and Fibromyalgia…but now I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended if you have chronic pain!!
