Ian is an incredible masseuse. He listens and actually focuses on your concerns as well as your preferences in pressure. He is professional and it is obvious that he is in tune with your muscular anatomy. He always seems to find the tension and “right” spots. I have seen him many times over the past couple of years and he has truly helped relieve my lower back pain and occasional shoulder/neck tension. Don’t hesitate to give him a try - you will not be disappointed.
Ian is an outstanding massage therapist. I have neck and shoulder tension/pain due to a herniated disc, and he took time to listen to my concerns and target problem areas/trigger points with precision. He is very knowledgeable about anatomy and how all the various tendons, muscles, vertebrae are connected. Really enjoyed my massage here. Left feeling physically and mentally relaxed and grounded. Helped a lot with sports related muscle tension in my legs and tightness in my jaw. Plus Ian is very professional while also being personable and kind. Great experience all around. I can't recommend Intuition Bodyworks enough!
After two days of an insufferable tension headache, Ian was able to fit me in for an ASAP appointment even for a new customer. I really liked that it wasn’t just a relaxing massage, but it was therapy. I could feel him counting my vertebrae and locating the pressure point and testing each tendon and knot with calculated precision. I feel like a new woman! Thank you!
