If you're looking for family this is the place. INTRVL is more than a gym it's a place overflowing with hospitality. A place where you can challenge your mind and body but even more a place where community is encouraging and flourishing. I would recommend this gym to someone new or advanced in their fitness journey. The culture is unmatched.
I'm a new bee to this gym and i absolutely love it ! Intrvl Athletics has an amazing facility, top equipment, great environment, good service with friendly staff .. It is super clean and a comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at.
Everytime I enter Intervl gym I feel an energetic and genuine vibe, which makes working out and reaching for goals so enjoyable. I joined as a mom of two young children and I have accomplished my goals of losing weight and gaining muscle...and so much strength. Safely and effectively.
