The community is amazing, everyone is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely motivates you.No matter your fitness level, you feel encouraged. It’s a place where people show up for each other, and that makes all the difference. I recommend to anyone wanting not just results, but a positive and uplifting environment.
I was visiting a friend in Anaheim that goes to INTRVL Athletics and tried out the weightlifting class and it was a great experience! The gym was very welcoming and Coach Gabe helped instruct me through the workout as someone who has never done that type of training before. He also helped check on form throughout the class which was so valuable - a fun experience and would go back again! The owner JB came over to check on us and you can tell they care about all of their members.
Just signed up today and the first day was great. Amazing environment and people 🙏
