Unethical Business Practices On March 8th I went into **************. There were two people outside of a new business Introstem **** inviting me briefly into the store. They told me about their light wand product and I said I couldnt afford it until I file my tax return and get my refund back. They had me put $500 down on a $****.00 machine. Here is the latest on the subject:4/5-6-7/2022 I have tried several times to call the ************** number provided as their customer service requesting a reimbursement for my lay away payments on the light wand.. When I got through once, they said they would investigate and get back to ME. In other words, they didnt want me calling back.
