Initially Sina was subcontracted by the installer of our heat pump -Jadex. He came in, and in my view, cut corners by using an existing circuit (which he didn’t understand it’s wiring or origins) instead of running a new line to the panel which was only 3’ away. I had a technician out to fix my baseboard heater. Very friendly but seems had very little expierce with this type of thing. Told me I need to replace my thermostat so he did that. It didn't solve the problem so they came back 2 days later. Tech told my wife that it was fixed and left. Iam more upset that they told me this would fix the problem and not that they didn't know if it would fix the problem and then maybe tell me to hire an hvac tech. Shout out to Sina came to the rescue on a Sunday. Not only quickly identified and repaired a massive issue with my breaker box but also fixed a sizzling breaker. 10 / 10 would recommend.
