I have used this company several times. I cannot say enough about how professional and knowledgeable they are! Today My daughter's battery was dead and her key does not unlock the door. Intricate Lock and Key came and opened the car, made new keys for her that work in the ignition and door. Not only that but they went above and beyond and got her car jump started for her. I highly recommend this company. Other services that she's had out said they couldn't make a new key. Intricate Lock and Key got it done!!!
I just waited 2 hours for a no show. Called the mechanic supposed to help me and asked where he was. Started making excuses saying itd be another 45 minutes. MAYBE give your customer a call before you pull that crap? Thanks for nothing, jerks.
