Professionals Probably deserves more stars for putting up with me. I can be a b***h sometimes and they never lost their patience or professionalism. To be honest, my issue was never their fault. They ordered a part for me that arrived broken. They quickly ordered a new part, but I raised hell anyway. The regional manager even refunded their service fee. I really got the better end of the bargain.

These people don't know what they are doing I would not recommend taking your computer to Intrex for servicing!!! My husband and I had a horrible experience, they don't know what they are doing. The cpu fan went out on our desktop PC and the people at Intrex put the wrong replacement fan in and then when we took it back the next day they accused my husband of tampering with the screws that held the fan in place and bending them. They also tried to charge us an additional labor fee for putting the correct fan on. Terrible way... read more

Great, well-stocked little store This is a great store when you need personal assistance. There is always someone there who knows how to answer your questions. They cater to the computer geek with lots of stuff for very good prices. PROS: Well-stocked CONS: none

Excellent Staff Excellent staff but just a heads up: they are geeks and unless you are talking to the manager they may talk over your head but they sure know what they are doing.

Do Not Go There!!! Horrible experience!! Took my daughter's laptop in for a virus repair 3 months ago. She has been studying abroad and came home 3 weeks ago. The wireless was not working on her computer. I took it back to Intrex Computers after paying $140.00 to have the virus removed. They refused to look at it....saying they would for another $50.00. The service person, Asst. Manager, Manager (who would not look at me, kept on looking at his computer) did not care/or wish to resolve the problem. This was WRONG!!! They sho... read more

Great Store They have now fixed two computers for me. When my desktop got a virus, I took it to them. They fixed it and now it runs better than before. Then my laptop started locking up and then just stopped booting. They were very honest and talked me out of repairing it because it wasn't worth the money to replace the motherboard. But they also fixed the hard drive so now it boots again, but it still locks up. Their prices were reasonable and they were honest. ? I don't know the first thing about computers so when my laptop wouldn't go into windows, a friend recommended Intrex. They fixed my laptop for a reasonable price and were very helpful. They even suggested some some upgrades that made my laptop run faster. I am very happy with them and would highly recommend them to anyone.
