The billing service is terrible. They sent my referral with a different name than they use, and my health insurance won't cover their part due to this problem. I've left several messages with the staff asking them to call me back and fix the problem correctly, and I'm still waiting. It's frustrating because they are the only ones who can fix it. I JUST THE EMAIL LAST FRIDAY! PLEASE, CHECK YOUR EMAIL AND SPAM. I NEED HELP BEFORE 90 DAYS SINCE THEY PROCESSED THE FINAL BILL.
