We bought our house in 2012 and Michael came out and gave us a fair quote for installation. We had 18 windows and 3 doors. ADT was going to break the bank on me for securing all the entry points. Intrepid was much more affordable. We signed a 3 year contract. Over the 6 years, we have had bad batteries, but they would come out to replace them, they made a trip to update my panel, and since I can handle it myself, they also sent me spare batteries for when I need them.
