I been working with Intrepid Realty almost 10 years. I feel Paul, manager is hardworking, knowledgeable and responsive and concerned about people who live in property. We been communicating monthly what is going on property and he let me know what has been fixed and tenants tend to stay long time. They feel they are well taken care of. He is a good man for tenants. We want our tenants are happy.
He makes up reasons to take security deposit and it’s roach infested. Do not recommend
