I was at the clinic a couple of weeks ago for a regular checkup and was asked to have a blood test. I specifically asked whether everything would be covered by OHIP, and I was told that it would be. However, I later received a $140 bill from LifeLabs for a test that was not covered. When I contacted the receptionist, I was told that the clinic is not responsible for such charges.
