Highly recommend working with Darren. We hired him to inspect our new-build home and help us with a punch list as well as teach us everything we need to know about our home. He is incredibly detail oriented and explains things very clearly. Plus, he is a super nice guy and easy to work with. We received our report same day! Very impressed and happy we chose to work with him.

Darren was fantastic. He was honest, thorough, & extremely knowledgeable. Even after the inspection I had a question a week later & Darren came back out to my home within 20 minutes of calling him free of charge to put my mind at ease. He truly cares & takes great pride in his work. I will recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection.

I used Intraspect on a home I bought last week. They were very responsive, professional and extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Darren was great! Very timely and responsive in getting back to me to set up an inspection, even on short notice. Extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented and personable as well! Took his time to thoroughly go over the entire house. Wish I could keep him around for advices on keeping our home running! Came prepared, arrived early, super professional. Top notch service at great prices, cant beat it. I highly recommend him for any type inspections for your property.
