My brother had to have emergency back surgery due to a pathological fracture in his spine. He had a large tumor pressing on his nerves, causing severe pain. We are thankful his doctor used the services of IntraNerve to ensure a successful surgery. Very shady company. After they got all the information from me they said we can’t provide quote to you !!! So unprofessional. I’m not sure what they are really up to.

Like others, I was unaware that I was receiving this important service during my spinal fusion in November 2023. From the beginning, Pat in billing was professional and beyond helpful, reaching out to me regarding insurance and some out-of-network issues. We worked together to appeal my insurance's decision.
