I had my vasectomy done at Intramed Medical Clinic and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The entire process was professional, efficient, and much less stressful than I expected. The doctor explained everything clearly beforehand, made me feel at ease throughout the procedure, and answered all of my questions. I had my vasectomy procedure done here and was very satisfied with the doctor and the procedure itself. Everything went smoothly, and the medical care I received was excellent. However, my experience with the reception staff today (June 17, 2026) was disappointing. I called to ask about post-vasectomy testing. The patient instruction sheet provided after my procedure listed a phone number to call, and when I contacted that number, I was told that an appointment was required.
