You have the absolute WORST claims and billing department I have ever encountered. Inept and poor service does not begin to describe the level of poor performance that I have encountered. If I could give less than one star, I would!
I had an interview with this company. During the interview, one of the interviewers (JOAN LOPEZ) asked me “who team was I on?” It caught me off guard that she would ask me that. I was then informed that she too used to work for my current employer. Three days later my manager called me into her office and said “one of my colleagues informed me that you went on an interview Friday.” I even put on my application NOT to contact my employer.
