Just moved into a townhouse which was built by Intracorp in Bellevue, WA. The build quality of the house is horrible. First off, the Heating/AC unit makes a loud humming noise which is unbearable. Second, trim and paint jobs were done poorly. You can tell right away that the build quality is extremely low by examing the little details around the house such as chip/dent on doors/trims/baseboard even before we moved in.
