Living near Intracorp's construction sites in Shoreline has been really tough. Every night, there's loud noise from their equipment that keeps us up. During the day, their worker's cars occupy all legal spots and also park in illegal spots and obstruct visibility, creating unsafe traffic conditions. We've complained many times, but nothing changes.
Stunningly bad build quality. Their defects have cost our HOA and individual residents hundreds of thousands to repair. When notified of major defects in their work, Intracorp expressed zero interest in helping out our HOA financially. Once they're gone and your ridiculously short warranty is up, you are financially on the hook for all future repairs. For example, the builder didn't properly install water diverters on the sides of ten units in my HOA, and this has cost the HOA just under $430K to repair, not to mention the c... read more
