We Need Alex back as a Manager of the condo, Dianelys is rude and since she’s been running this place it has become a nightmare. She avoids dealing with tenants , she doesn’t confront problems , every time we have an issue she will send you to someone else, so she can avoid working or doing something for tenants . Horrible management, horrible customer service . Manger n new assistant are terrible. WE NEED A REAL MANAGEMENT LIKE WHEN ALEX WAS HERE.

Monica Villa is amazing. She’s helped me rent my apartment twice already, and every time she made the whole process super smooth and stress free. I’ve known her for a couple of years now, and she’s always been kind, honest, and genuinely helpful. You can tell she really cares about the people she works with, not just doing her job, but actually being there for you. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, I’d 100% recommend Monica. I also want to highlight Katya, the community manager’s assistant, who is always responsive, detail-oriented, and truly cares about the residents. I would like to thank Yanelis Costa for her excellent management of the building. She is professional, attentive, and always ensures everything runs smoothly for the residents. I also appreciate the outstanding support from Katsiaryna Skirukha, our administrative assistant, who is always helpful, responsive, and friendly. Together, they make living here a great experience.Thank you so much for it.
