They let a dog loose in their practice unattended and mysteriously lost it. It is unclear what happened to the pup (escaped?, theft?, negligence?) but in any case, the vet is not helping the client find the dog or giving any solid answers as to what happened. All they have said to the media is they let the dog roam around unleashed in their lobby (not even in an exam room), would not allow the owner into the building, and mysteriously the dog just vanishes into thin air. Shameful vet practice. They lost a dog over a week ago and have offered no help or support to the owner. They claim the dog got out of their office but nearby video cameras show nothing. The owner has organized a search as well as reward for the dog, The vet has done nothing to try and find the dog if it got out as they say. So very sad. This vet should be closed down.
Excellent care and great facility. Dr. Bouchelle and staff are knowledgeable and caring. I am very happy to have found them.
