I recently tried to rent a home with them and after every hoop I jumped for them and a full week goes by and they decide they want to violate the fair housing act. And have the home owner garher all the possible tenants in a line up and decid which of the pre approved tenants she likes the most. It's a shame. I'm now on the cusp of not find a place at all and I'm a disable veteran. Literally have no idea how this company has more than 2 stars. They say they allow multiple applications at one time. This is just solely to gain them more money in their wallet. Morally they should process one at a time. Instead they let multiplen people pay the fees even if another application is already picked or chosen. It's simply stealing and messed up.
David and Francisca Oller were our realtors when finding and purchasing a home in Wilmington. They're a phenomenal team! They listen well, know the area completely and guided us through the entire search and buying process. We highly recommend them for anyone selling or looking for just the right home.
The food had a wonderful pow of bursting flavors. That always tells they are using fresh ingredients with little to no artificial additives. I will definitely return
