Outstanding service!
On décembre 31st, we were in Southport NC and everything was closed. I could not start my brand new never tried yamaha outboard. The dealership where i purchased the outboard tells me its either the gaz pump or bubble and i would need to take it to a nearby dealership as it is still under warranty. A fellow boater at the marina contacted Intracoastal Outboard Service on our behalf and they showed up within a fews hours to check out the motor! I recently had a major engine issue on my Charter boat. Down days equal lost income. These guys absolutely knocked my socks off with their immediate assistance, communication and professional repairs. Cannot thank you enough for helping me.
Had them work on several projects on an older boat; they did good work and were quick about it. Also went out of their way to help me with some basic maintenance. Knowledgeable and nice guys too.
Brandon is a gifted and talented boat mechanic. He is reliable and honest as well. Our boat finally runs beautifully. All other mechanics failed to find the problem. He is the best around. Their customer service is also excellent. If Joe says that you will get a call back by 3:00, then you’ll get a call back by 3:00. Their prices are fair and they really do great work. This is a top quality organization.
