Terrible service. They dont take care of anything. And they dont manage anything. The building i am renting in is a disaster. When i need Annette's help [she is the "manager"] she doesn't do absolutely NOTHING to solve any problem. If you are thinking on using their service, BEWARE. I would recommend staying away from them. Find a real Management Company who are willing to do the work they are supposed to do.
