Dr. George Webb and his staff in Bedford were truly a breath of fresh air. The office was clean and organized, and every staff member I encountered was warm and welcoming. I noticed how each patient was greeted with a smile and friendly conversation — it was clear the team genuinely enjoys serving their patients. Absolutely one of the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever dealt with. They are impossible to get in touch with. I have to call multiple times over the course of days to receive a call back. If I do happen to receive one it’s at the last minute of their work day so I’m unable to call back. They once forgot to send a prescription for my 93 year old grandma’s UTI and it took me a week of calling to finally get in touch with someone to put the prescription in.
