It has been almost a month since I had bloodwork done here, and I still have not received my results. I was told the results have been ready for days and that the doctor simply needs to call me, yet no one has contacted me and provided them or uploaded the results to my portal. Dr Wyatt Webb was much more thorough on my wellness check. I found him to be personable and understanding.
Switched to this practice because a doctor here was highly recommended by a coworker. I never met that doctor because it took almost three months to get an appointment with her— so I can’t speak about her personally, but the two other appointments that I had prior were nothing to speak highly of. Both providers I saw did fine, but my complaints are mostly with the office. I left phone messages that never got returned, sent an email as well.
