I've used Intrabuild twice now - and both times they have received 5 stars. They are fantastic! Details on the project: for my second experience with Intrabuild they gut renovated a typical NYC bathroom in an apartment that I own and will be renting out soon. Demo to studs, new plumbing throughout, new floor, walls, tub/shower, fixtures, lighting, etc. Just like with the first reno that they did for me (a gut kitchen renovation) they came out on budget and we got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. My wife and I interviewed 7 different contractors. 5 of the 7 contractors did a home visit (including Sweeten and Block Renovations). 5 contractors gave us an estimate. Nick stood out the best. This firm was great to work with from start to finish. They have excellent project management and are very responsive. Any changes to the original budget plan are communicated immediately, all costs are very transparent and they stay within their proposed budget.
