These people make it quite clear that the process is the punishment. Extremely obvious that they have zero interest in assisting customers, getting answers to questions is like pulling teeth from a heavily-accented mouth. Technology straight from the late 1980's, will absolutely drain vehicle battery. Power save mode is slightly less bad, but only marginally. App is garbage, lags far behind the pc page speed. Impossible to deal with or get any help. Equipment issues fall all on the user. Had to pay hundreds of dollars because of their mistakes. Service is terrible and rude. Would recommend going with any other possible service.
Working good so far. The explanation for service and installation could have been better
Everything went well with the installation, Nick was very helpful finding a replacement for a faulty component in my kit. One issue though, the airbag warning light on my dash is on now. I don’t know why.
Signing the lease became a total mess... was told the cost for install was 330.00. But it was 515.00 so yeah ...not happy
