They were very helpful until you get to end of phone call then they try and push a new insurance policy on you. I will say the tech Francisco that did the installation gets 5 stars he was so caring and so patient!
The absolute WORST company I've ever had the displeasure of having to work with! Once they have you locked into a device they make it damn near impossible to get it removed! They even try to trick you into having to sign a 1 year minimum lease that they don't tell you about before hand and there is a 200 dollar early cancellation fee on said lease.
