Intoxalock gets cyber attacked, next thing you know people are being locked out, added time to their original lease and completely toyed with! Nobody knows nothing and it still all falls on YOU! Always about the money and not the customer, not to mention the amount of money you owe me for providing the correct paperwork for a reduced rate that was submitted and not approved until YOU decided! SCAM SCAM......
They installed it to what seems to be correct and the service staff was very helpful in helping me to understand how to properly use the device. They were very kind and the guest service was professional.
This place is A plus. Very friendly and is extremely helpful.
