Takes a long time to get to actually talk to a representative... Representative contacted me about my incident. Apologized, gave me an alternative phone # to call and made things right! I appreciate what he did...
The garage installed my device on time. But they ran into a faulty part. The replacement was supposed to be shipped overnight. The part did not ship over night, leaving my family without a vehicle from Monday night - Friday.
It says ion the website this location closes at 6pm and called at 515 and asked to get a recalibration done to my vehicle and they said no everyone is leaving at 530. I asked very nicely if being there supposed to be open till 6 if the would wait around 10 min past 530 and it. Was a flat no, rude. Don't recommend
