My name is Joshua Schaffer, I can’t even get ahold of them. Not one bit, PENNDOT is saying they don’t have my dl-21 which I sent out to Intoxalock weeks ago before the installation. They told me I could drive as soon as I got it, then PENNDOT said it wasn’t aloud cause of the dl-21. I can’t even get ahold of Intoxalock to talk to them about this.
I’ve had it a month and it’s nothing but a money pit and problems after problems no matter how many times you watch videos or people explain it to you
Unfortunately, I’ve had this for two weeks and it has been nothing but problems!!!!! I can never get through to anyone on the phone and I’m doing it right! It’s ridiculous and just a money maker which is extremely sad!
By far the worst customer service. They also lie that you missed retests in order to charge you for the $70 fee. Luckily I also had a video camera in my car so I can prove it on multiple occasions. I’ve hired a lawyer to sue them. Check Reddit class action suits
So far I have had one problem after another with intoxalock I have never in my life been at such a loss and felt so helpless in a situation. I am someone who can advocate for myself very well so for the people who cannot I feel even worse for them. Every single problem I have had so far has been absolutely brutal trying to resolve. That being said after being on the phone many a times and going thru the process of getting past the automations and getting a real person on the phone (hours sometimes) I MIGHT get some help.
