Service center was excellent, but as far as the intoxalocks goes it sucks on the way home from the service center. It pulls a random on me and I'm not used to it yet. Trying to blow on this thing going down the road when it says you have 5 minutes. That's bologna. I stopped at a McDonald's and tried to blow into it. Wasn't familiar with it totally yet. Had some previous issues with the installation provider, NOT INTOXALOCK…and Intoxalock did an AMAZING JOB at making it right!!! Thank you sooo much Daniel with Intoxalock!! I greatly appreciate your service, your help and just your great overall manner!! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
Even though this is something that is not very pleasant to have to do . My agent made it very easy and was very helpful with my concerns .
