A to Z Timeline was fantastic to work with. Very professional, and accommodating. They made a difficult situation much easier.
My appointment was made by intoxalock on a friday for 11am on monday. Part was never delivered until 3:00. It was a very long day. I am glad it is done and thankful that we have this option in order to drive. After I blow into the device, it is slow testing and displaying results. I am still thankful the device exist. I recieved a phone call from intoxalock. Very kind and responsive. Gave me a credit and offered to switch out device. I will keep the device i have and accept credit. Great customer service!
A to z was the best they explained everything perfectly and I'm very happy with the service they provided, 5 stars plus!
