After some initial confusion and mishaps, Intoxalock's customer advocate quickly corrected all issues I had. Very thankful for him and Drive Safe Solutions right now. Would recommend both! Edit after removal: I will always recommend Drive Safe Solutions to anyone- they were wonderful all year long. Edit: After 1 year, it's now time to remove and wouldn't you know.... they're IMPOSSIBLE to reach. I've been trying to schedule a removal for over a week now!!! Funny how they speak clear English when signing you up but nobody answers the phone/speaks English after that.
