Very friendly and professional, installation was fast and done very well. I would definitely recommend them for instillation of vehicle equipment.
After some initial confusion and mishaps, Intoxalock's customer advocate quickly corrected all issues I had. Very thankful for him and Drive Safe Solutions right now. Would recommend both! Edit after removal: I will always recommend Drive Safe Solutions to anyone- they were wonderful all year long. As for Intoxalock: you will speak with someone in clear English when you are setting up your account, but once you are an established customer, all of your calls are routed to India and there is a language barrier making it hard t... read more

Edit: After 1 year, it's now time to remove and wouldn't you know.... they're IMPOSSIBLE to reach. I've been trying to schedule a removal for over a week now!!! Funny how they speak clear English when signing you up but nobody answers the phone/speaks English after that.
