It is torture to have to depend on that thing. I was forced to add one star to be able to post my comment. Otherwise zero stars. Intoxalock Customer Advocacy followed up to my comment. Intoxalock representative was beyond courteous and very knowledgeable. He gave me a detailed description on how to deal with this device. As a result, I can now operate the Intoxalock Ignition Interlock with ease, without any difficulties and then drive normally. Thank you Customer Advocacy.
