These machines they give you will work intermittently!!!! Try to call customer service be prepared for a 1-2hr wait AT BEST!!!!! Worst part is, you can blow into it, it will read your BAC as .000 then when your up the street doing a retest, it may read that you have alcohol in your system EVEN if you did not drink.
