Walked in with my brother and the owner said he wasn't there and I'm pretty sure the guy that told us the owner wasn't there was in fact the owner. His name was Leo. my brother had got approved for low income assistance interlock device and refused to honor it and flat out said nope full price only so we had to go somewhere else call another place through the same company and the other place honored the low income assistance and my brother only has to pay $24 a month and it got taken care of. The owner has his CHILD (teen) run the place when he is not in. This is the 2nd time came in and the owner was not in ! Child said his dad wouldn't be in all day. Sooo unprofessional !! The Child can only do so many things and can NOT provide proper service !
Of Talking with customers service I feel a lot better.
