Tech explained everything very thoroughly, and helped me properly learn to use the device.
They typed my name wrong on Interlock certificate and spent 2 hrs at DMV to be told you guys spelled my name incorrectly. I feltl like company could care less of my troubles.
DO NOT USE INTOXALOCK. THEY ARE FULL OF HIDDEN FEES AND WILL TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF YOUR SITUATION. DO NOT USE!!!!’
