Intoxalock company start up billing issues, I have a past due payment and I just opened the account,first week, Bi-weekly payments should be a payment option, not a requirement. Buyer be ware!!! If you choose auto pay at the beginning, you can't change from it!!! And we're charged extra for auto payment. Horrible customer service. Would not ever use this company again. 0 out of 10, they don't even deserve 1 star. They lied to me about the cost of the service and charged my card without my consent.
