Horrible customer service!
This company has the absolute worst customer service a company can have. I have the device installed in two vehicles and any issue that arises is extremely lard to get taken care of. Big communication barrier with the overseas staff! If I had this to Do over again, I definitely would not choose Intoxalock
I have updated this review due to the amazing, unsolicited customer service I received. I understand that every business will have a hiccup now and then and that's what I encountered. Customer service made multiple attempts to contact me before they were successful. Once I explained the situation and told him I appreciated the reach out, he went a step further to ensure that I was satisfied with my service and the corrective measures for any future appointments. Edgar is the best. He will always take care of you for instalation and lockouts. He also is mobile and can come to you which is very conveinent
